Experience:
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3–5 years in a Technical Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Lead role. The Technical Architect will provide architecture and hands-on engineering leadership across enterprise application modernization, cloud-native development, platform engineering, API/security initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong architectural thinking combined with the ability to analyze existing applications, develop POCs, guide engineering teams, review implementations, and work closely with onsite architects and business stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Support solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications, modernization programs, platform initiatives, and current application development.
• Assess existing applications and architecture, identify technical gaps, risks, dependencies, and modernization opportunities, and recommend appropriate target-state solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions by identifying suitable business/SDLC use cases, defining agent responsibilities, workflows, orchestration patterns, tools, integrations,



and human-in-the-loop controls
• Design and develop reusable AI agents and multi-agent workflows leveraging LLMs, enterprise APIs, knowledge sources, and application services under the architectural direction of the Lead Architect.
• Support the architecture and implementation of RAG-based solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, grounding, and response generation.
• Define modernization strategies covering frontend, backend, APIs, authentication, databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment architecture.
• Provide hands-on engineering support, including POCs, reference implementations, troubleshooting, code analysis, and complex technical problem resolution.
• Design and review cloud-native AWS architectures using services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, Secrets Manager, and related services.
