FocusStack is a productivity platform built around one simple idea: create an environment where focus comes naturally. We’re looking for a UI/UX Co-Founder who is genuinely passionate about design and wants to build something meaningful. This is not a conventional job. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about UI/UX, product design, and making technology genuinely better for people. You’ll have a real opportunity to shape how FocusStack looks, feels, and works as we grow. Who we’re looking for You should be someone who:
• Is genuinely passionate about UI/UX and product design
• Thinks deeply about how people interact with products
• Cares about details, simplicity, and creating excellent user experiences
• Wants to solve real problems rather than just build another product
• Takes ownership and is comfortable working in an early-stage startup
• Wants to build something that can have a real impact We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about UI/UX and building products that make a difference.

This opportunity is for someone who wants to build, experiment, take ownership, and be part of creating something meaningful from the ground up. If you’re looking at this primarily as a high-paying opportunity or simply as a career move, this role probably isn’t for you. We want someone who would choose this opportunity because they truly care about design, solving problems, and making the world a little better through what they build. What you get 5% equity in FocusStack in exchange for taking ownership of the UI/UX side of the product and being a genuine part of the journey. You’ll work closely with the founding team, influence product decisions, and have a direct impact on what we build. If you are passionate about design, love solving problems, and genuinely want to build something that makes people's lives better, we’d love to hear from you.
• If your primary motivation is money or a quick career move, please don't apply.
