We’re looking for someone to help our founders hire the tech leaders who’ll take their companies to the next level. 1. What you’ll do Talent strategy
• Build tech hiring plans with founders and CTOs
• Advise on how to structure engineering, AI/ML and FDE teams, in India and the US
• Define current roles: FDE, AI engineer, founding engineer
• Share data on talent pools, compensation, and hiring trends Tech and AI hiring
• Run end-to-end searches, from FDEs and AI/ML engineers to tech leaders
• Map talent across Indian startups, GCCs, US AI/SaaS companies and the diaspora
• Assess technical depth, customer-facing skills and fit for the stage
• Run reference checks, close offers and support onboarding Ecosystem and community
• Build relationships with tech talent in India and the US
• Run AI and engineering community initiatives
• Share hiring best practices across the portfolio 2. What we’re looking for
• 2-5 years of tech recruiting experience,



ideally including FDE,AI/ML, SaaS or product-engineering roles.
• Experience with startups or high-growth companies, either in-house or at a search firm.
• Familiarity with emerging roles like FDE, AI engineer and solutions engineer, and real curiosity about how AI is changing the way companies build teams.
• A growing network in the Indian tech ecosystem. Exposure to US hiring markets or cross-border recruiting is a solid plus.
• Comfort working directly with founders: clear, candid and calm under pressure.
