Role Description The School Principal is a full time, in office leadership role based in Nellore. The Principal will oversee day-to-day school operations, including academic planning, staff supervision, and student welfare. Responsibilities include leading curriculum implementation, setting academic goals, monitoring teaching quality, and ensuring adherence to educational policies and regulations. The Principal will foster a positive school culture, maintain effective communication with educators, learners, and families, and support professional development for staff. The role also involves managing admissions-related activities, coordinating with external education bodies, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.



Qualifications
• Strong Educational Leadership skills with proven experience managing school operations and leading academic teams.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education, including planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, learners, families, and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with Middle School learners and understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and pastoral care.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in school administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of education regulations, assessment practices, and quality assurance processes applicable to Indian schools.
• Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, learner-centered environments and support diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Prior experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or senior academic coordinator is highly beneficial.
