Working Hours
11 AM–8 PM, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
• Prepare customized proposals and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate with clients, negotiate project terms, and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project requirements.
• Track bids, leads, conversions, and monthly targets. Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Upwork and PeoplePerHour (PPH) is mandatory.
• Experience in online bidding, IT sales, or business development.
• Strong proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of IT/software development services preferred.
