Position Overview Department: Software Delivery Job Title: Account Manager Base

Location:
Pune, India Reports To: Leadership / Delivery Management Supervises: None Position Objective Set clear client expectations in the context of software delivery, maintain high-impact relationships, and foster long-term account health to enable business growth and expand client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities Client Management Expectation Setting: Work closely with clients to understand their priorities, business needs, and pain points while maintaining complete transparency. Delivery Alignment: Collaborate with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to provide key inputs required to build comprehensive project schedules and execution plans. Cadence Communication Host daily stand-up meetings with key management stakeholders on the client side. Host weekly project status update meetings across all account-level projects. Secondary Responsibilities Account Growth: Build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients to solve operational challenges and naturally scale engagement over time. Business Mining:



Explore opportunities across the clients organization to identify teams or business units not currently engaged and work toward bringing them into scope. Knowledge, Skills Qualifications Technical Functional Knowledge In-depth knowledge of payment systems and the Indian payments ecosystem. Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level (CXO) relationships with financial institutions and banks. Strong background in account management and client relationship strategy. Core Competencies Technical Background: Hands-on experience in software development early in career preferred. Project Delivery Management: Solid capability in balancing delivery schedules, stakeholder communications, and account-level operational goals. Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills. Qualifications Experience
