diverse career opportunities across our growing network of facilities. Role Description We are looking for an active and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team in Aluva. You will play a crucial role in supporting our smooth warehouse operations. Your daily tasks will include:
• Accurately picking, sorting, and packing products according to store orders and delivery schedules.
• Reading pick lists, locating items in storage racks or bins, and scanning/verifying product codes.




• Preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Loading and unloading goods, and organizing stock to ensure proper inventory flow.
• Reporting any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors. Qualifications & Skills
•

Education:
Plus Two (+2) or Diploma is required (Basic computer or scanner usage skills are an advantage).

Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory (on-the-job training will be provided).

Skills:
Robust attention to detail, basic reading and numeracy skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, safely lift, move, and handle packages as part of daily activities.
• Teamwork: Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Focus: Strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
