Responsibilities:
• responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects including project design, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring all civil works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• This involves leading teams, managing resources, managing contractors, and building relationships with stakeholders for new projects and exiting facilities in India.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards on construction sites.

• Ensuring that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.
• Developing and managing project budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
• Maintaining explicit and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, project team, subcontractors and management.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting project reports with progress on each project and civil work to the management.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
