About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – SEO Content to lead a team of SEO Content Writers and drive consistent organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong content expertise, editorial excellence, people management, and a data-driven approach to SEO performance. You will be responsible for managing content production, maintaining quality standards, improving team productivity, and ensuring monthly publishing and organic traffic targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Review & Editorial Quality: Review content wireframes and content documents daily, providing actionable feedback to ensure accuracy, relevance, search intent alignment, and high editorial standards.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO Content Writers, identifying individual improvement areas across content quality, productivity, and execution.
• Content Planning & Delivery: Drive consistent content production and ensure weekly and monthly page-publishing targets are met.
• SEO Performance: Work towards achieving monthly organic traffic goals through high-quality, search-optimised, user-centric content.
• Content Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve existing content, strengthen on-page SEO, and enhance organic search visibility.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity,



publishing output, and traffic performance to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Establish effective content review workflows and maintain consistency across content planning, creation, and publishing. Eligibility & Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; Journalism, Mass Communication, or English Honours candidates will be preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in SEO Content Writing.
• Strong understanding of SEO content strategy, keyword integration, search intent, and organic traffic growth.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring content writers and handling content production targets will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Robust editorial judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to balance content quality, publishing volume, and measurable SEO outcomes.
