Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping RoboSiddhi’s vision, strategy, and growth in the Greater Jaipur Area. This is a full-time hybrid position, combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business and educational roadmaps, overseeing STEM, AI, IoT, robotics, and drone learning initiatives, and building partnerships with schools, institutions, and community organizations. The role involves leading sales and marketing efforts, managing key stakeholder relationships, and contributing to fundraising and business development activities. The Co-Founder will also support team building,



operational processes, and continuous improvement of programs and learner outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess opportunities, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging learners, parents, partners, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in education, technology, or related sectors.
• Marketing skills, including brand building, digital outreach, and community engagement.
• Research skills to stay current with STEM, AI, IoT, and education trends and to design relevant programs.
• Background or strong interest in education technology, robotics, drones, or engineering is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Education, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a startup workplace, with adaptability, initiative, and collaborative mindset.
