Right Sports Apparels manufactures and exports woven and knitted garments for international markets. Garment Production / Factory Manager – Umargam/Umbergaon, Gujarat Full-time, in office. Lead daily garment production and overall factory operations to meet quality, productivity, cost and shipment targets. Responsibilities
• Plan production from cutting through stitching, finishing, packing and dispatch against delivery schedules.
• Lead supervisors and department teams; manage manpower, capacity and line balancing.
• Monitor output, WIP, quality and efficiency; resolve bottlenecks and reduce rework and downtime.
• Coordinate with merchandising and stores for timely fabrics, trims and accessories.
• Oversee maintenance, material control, housekeeping, safe working practices and company policies.
• Develop accountable teams and report production,



costs and delivery performance to management. Requirements
• Degree or diploma in textiles, apparel production, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in garment manufacturing, including at least 2 years in production or factory management.
• Strong knowledge of knitted garment processes, production planning, line balancing and quality control.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and Excel reporting skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Umargam/Umbergaon. Company devices are provided for work. Personal mobile phones and other personal devices must be kept away during
