Company Description EVtron Tech is a startup focused on designing, manufacturing, and deploying electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for logistics fleets, factories, and commercial facilities. Our mission is to accelerate India’s transition to sustainable mobility through reliable EV charging hardware, smart charging software, and turnkey deployment solutions. We manufacture our own EV chargers and develop an in-house Charging Management System (CMS) that enables operators to monitor and manage charging infrastructure through web and mobile platforms. Role Description We are looking for an Installation Supervisor to join our growing team and support the installation and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure across customer locations. This role is ideal for diploma candidates who enjoy field work, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently. The primary responsibility is to supervise installation teams and electricians while ensuring installations are completed as per company standards and project timelines. The role offers exposure to EV charging infrastructure, electrical installations, customer interactions, commissioning activities, vendor coordination, and end-to-end project execution in a quick-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the installation of EV charging stations at customer sites.
• Coordinate and guide electricians, contractors, and installation teams during project execution.
• Ensure electrical wiring, cable routing, earthing, mounting, and associated installation activities are carried out as per company standards.




• Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before installation activities begin.
• Support electrical connections, basic troubleshooting, and minor installation work whenever required.
• Assist in charger testing, commissioning, and successful handover to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
• Maintain installation checklists, site reports, commissioning records, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices, company procedures, and applicable standards.
• Monitor installation quality and report technical or site-related issues to the engineering team.
• Support preventive maintenance, service visits, and installation audits whenever required.
• Travel to customer locations for installation, commissioning, and project support activities. Desired Qualifications
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• ITI (Electrician) candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical installation, site supervision, industrial maintenance, or related field activities.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, single-phase and three-phase systems, MCBs, DBs, earthing,



conduits, and electrical safety practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and traveling for installation projects.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. It's a Plus If You Have
• Experience in EV charger installation, solar installations, industrial electrical systems, or automation projects.
• Experience supervising electricians or installation contractors.
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, or insulation testers.
• Basic troubleshooting experience with electrical equipment.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Startup experience or the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
