Experience:
Minimum 7 years STEM Play Labs, an innovative Indian educational toy company, is looking for an experienced, results-driven professional to lead and expand our sales and distribution network across India.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive pan-India sales across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), D2C, modern trade and physical retail stores.
• Develop and manage distributors, retail chains and key accounts.
• Lead marketplace sales, promotional strategies and channel profitability.
• Expand retail distribution and deliver revenue growth against defined targets. Candidate Profile
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution.




• Proven experience in both e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
• Robust understanding of the Indian consumer products market.
• Experience in toys, educational products, FMCG or consumer goods preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and hands-on. Compensation: Commensurate with experience and performance.
