Its plants run more than 1,200 looms across three platforms: Toyota air-jet, Chinese air-jet and water-jet. This role sells for all of them. Yarn preparation stays inside the group, so buyers deal with one accountable supplier from yarn to greige fabric. We are hiring a senior salesperson to open corporate accounts across India and fill our looms with bulk, repeat orders. At a Glance

• What the role sells: Capacity across every unit, matched to the buyer's quality, width and price point 02 | The Role The National Sales Manager owns bulk fabric sales for all our airjet and waterjet units. The job is to use existing relationships with large buyers, win volume contracts at prices that protect our margin, and keep loom capacity booked ahead.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and close a pipeline of corporate buyers: ethnic wear and garment brands, saree, kurti and dress manufacturers, large converters, processors, export houses, buying houses and institutional buyers.
• Travel to major textile and apparel hubs (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Tirupur, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Jaipur and others) to pitch, sample and close.
• Negotiate bulk and programme orders at prices agreed with management, with clear terms on quantity, delivery and payment.




• Match buyer requirements to the right loom platform (Toyota airjet, Chinese airjet or waterjet) so each order goes where it is most cost-effective.
• Work with production planning on capacity, lead times and delivery commitments before confirming orders.
• Manage sampling, quality approvals and buyer feedback through to repeat business.
• Follow up on payments and keep outstanding within agreed credit terms.
• Track competitor pricing, new fabric qualities and demand trends, and report them to management.
• Maintain a weekly pipeline and order-booking report. 04 | Who We Are Looking For Must Have
• 8 to 15 years in B2B sales of woven fabrics (grey or finished), with a record of closing bulk orders.
• An active, personal network of decision-makers at brands, converters, export houses or large traders.
• Working knowledge of fabric construction: reed-pick, GSM, yarn counts and blends, and how they drive price.
• Strong negotiation skills and the judgement to walk away from orders that do not cover cost.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Fluent Hindi and working English; Gujarati is a plus. Good to Have
• Experience selling synthetic and blended fabrics (polyester, viscose, nylon) from the Surat, Bhiwandi, Ichalkaranji or Erode belts.
• Exposure to export buyers or buying houses.
• A degree or diploma in textiles, or an MBA in sales and marketing. 05 | How Success Is Measured
• Monthly order booking in metres and value.
• Number of new corporate accounts opened, and share that reorder.
• Average realisation against the company's target price for each quality.
• Loom capacity booked in advance.
• Collections within agreed credit days. 06 | Compensation
