* Zavo We’re looking for a *Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Associate with a fintech background
* who has hands-on experience running *app-based marketing campaigns
* and driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversions through data-driven strategies. ? What You’ll Work On *Performance Marketing

- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on app-based acquisition campaigns.
- Drive app installs, registrations, lead generation, and user conversions.
- Track and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor attribution, pixels, app events, and conversion tracking. *? Lifecycle Marketing

- Build automated customer journeys using WebEngage or similar platforms.
- Design and execute multichannel campaigns to improve user activation, engagement, and retention.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user movement across different stages.
- Create behavioural segments for personalized customer communication.




- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on app events, tracking, and funnel optimization. ? What We’re Looking For
- *1–3 years of relevant experience in Performance, Growth, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.

- *Prior experience in the fintech industry is strongly preferred.

- *Hands-on experience running app-based marketing campaigns is a key requirement.
*
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar lifecycle marketing tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, app events, attribution, pixels, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to analyse campaign and user-level data to drive measurable growth. ? *Interested candidates?
