ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are hiring a Junior Developer / Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve technical issues across APIs and integrations. This is a hands-on technical role: strong technical know-how is required, not only customer service experience.
• You will report to the Lead Engineer, work within approved access controls, and escalate complex issues with clear evidence. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Diagnose REST API, HTTP, authentication, JSON/XML payload and integration issues.
• Use Postman/cURL, databases, logs and basic Linux/network troubleshooting to investigate problems.
• Read and debug code in at least one relevant language.
• Reproduce defects and resolve minor bugs within approved access controls.




• Document tickets and escalate complex issues with evidence. WHAT YOU BRING:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on technical know-how, not only customer-service experience.
• Ability to diagnose REST API, HTTP, authentication, JSON/XML payload and integration issues.
• Working use of Postman/cURL, databases and logs, plus basic Linux and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and debug code in at least one relevant language.
• Ability to reproduce defects and resolve minor bugs within approved access controls.
• Explicit ticket documentation and the judgement to escalate complex issues with evidence.
• Willingness to work a defined shift roster.
• Ability to adapt to an AI-driven work culture and effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance productivity and efficiency.
