Flute Laminator Machine Operator – Inner Box Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Flute Laminator Operator for our corrugated box manufacturing factory, specializing in inner box production.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and manage the flute laminator machine for corrugated sheets used in inner box manufacturing.
• Ensure accurate pasting and proper alignment of printed sheets with corrugated boards.
• Maintain consistent lamination quality, bonding strength, and finishing.
• Set machine parameters, including speed, glue application, and sheet alignment.
• Monitor production quality and minimize wastage, rejection, and downtime.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow factory safety standards and maintain workplace discipline.
Requirements:
• Previous experience operating a flute laminator machine in a corrugated packaging or carton manufacturing unit.
• Knowledge of flute types, GSM, paper quality, adhesive application, and lamination defects.
• Ability to handle production independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
