Head – E-commerce & D2C Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited

8+ years in e-commerce, including 3+ years in a leadership role Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Head to increase online sales and profitability across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets across D2C websites and marketplaces.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, online launches and marketplace expansion.
• Improve website conversion, average order value and repeat purchases.
• Work with marketing teams to optimise advertising, customer acquisition costs and campaign returns.
• Coordinate inventory, order fulfilment and customer service to reduce stockouts, cancellations and returns.
• Lead the e-commerce team and agencies, manage budgets and report channel-wise sales and profitability. Candidate Profile
• Proven track record of growing D2C and marketplace sales, with direct ownership of revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce and major marketplace platforms.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, customer retention and business analytics.
• Experience managing teams, budgets and e-commerce profitability.
• Background in Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG, nutraceuticals, personal care or consumer healthcare preferred.
