Company Description Instavans is a logistics-tech startup building SaaS products for the road trucking industry, serving the needs of a rapidly expanding global logistics market. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs and technologists, the company focuses on technology-driven solutions for large shippers and logistics providers. Instavans has launched SmarTruck, a SaaS-based transportation management system (TMS) designed as an end-to-end platform for large shippers and 4PLs. SmarTruck enables users to manage each step of the logistics lifecycle through a single interface, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and streamlining operations. The platform has gained strong traction in India with large enterprises. Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead the product strategy and roadmap for Instavans’ logistics-tech solutions, with a focus on SmarTruck and related platforms. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves close collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer and market insights, translating business needs into clear product specifications, managing the product backlog, and tracking performance against key metrics. The role also includes driving product discovery, validating concepts through experiments and user feedback,



and continuously improving the product experience to support customer adoption and retention. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to mentor team members, contribute to go-to-market planning, and represent the product in stakeholder discussions. Qualifications
• Product management skills in SaaS and B2B platforms, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization.
• Experience with logistics, transportation, supply chain, or enterprise software products, preferably TMS or related systems.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision-making and comfort with product metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-focused narratives.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced product environment is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and engage closely with local and global teams and customers.
