As part of our strategic business expansion, we are strengthening our presence in the Activated Carbon market across India and seeking highly experienced, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professionals with strong industry connections and proven business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the Indian market for Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC), Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), and Extruded/Pelletized Activated Carbon (EAC).
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Generate qualified inquiries, manage sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and support order conversion.
• Promote activated carbon solutions across water and wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, air and gas purification, biogas, and other industrial applications.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer requirements, and strategic inputs for business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams across India. Candidate Profile




• Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in industrial sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in Activated Carbon or closely related industries.
• Strong existing customer network and established industry relationships across India.
• Sound technical and commercial understanding of activated carbon products, grades, specifications, and applications.
• Demonstrated track record of generating business, developing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and independent business development skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in the Indian Activated Carbon market.
