Salary:
Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 27,000 / month What You’ll Do:
• Edit High-Impact Videos: Turn raw clips into punchy Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand ads that drive high engagement.
• Master the Details: Manage motion graphics, dynamic text overlays, sound design, color grading, and audio polishing.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Collaborate on video scripting, hooks, visual framing, and trend-based content strategy.
• Maintain Workflow: Manage raw media files, shoot assets,



and project archives seamlessly. Who You Are:
• Startup Mindset: Self-driven, agile, open to fast iteration, and eager to learn and scale quick.
• Tool Proficient: Highly skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or FCP (fluency with CapCut Desktop for quick social turnarounds is a big bonus).
• Trend-Aware: Aware of social media trends, pacing tricks, dynamic captioning, and hook structures.
• Portfolio Ready: You have an active showreel/drive folder showcasing your best video edits.
• Based Nearby: Able to commute comfortably to East of Kailash, South Delhi 6 days a week.
