Alwarpet, Chennai | Full-Time Role Overview: Khwaahish Diamonds is looking for Luxury Jewellery Style Consultants who can offer customers a sophisticated, personalised and warm shopping experience. The role combines customer consultation, jewellery styling, relationship building, sales and visual presentation, with an understanding of luxury and fine jewellery.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand customers, their personal style, occasion, preferences and budget, and recommend jewellery accordingly.
• Style and present jewellery across diamond, bridal, Polki, South Indian, gemstone and high jewellery categories.
• Develop solid knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, craftsmanship, collections, pricing and product specifications.
• Explain jewellery, pricing and product details clearly and confidently.
• Build long-term customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups, calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Manage customer enquiries, appointments, requirements and after-sales coordination professionally.
• Work towards individual and store sales objectives while maintaining a luxury customer experience.
• Support visual merchandising and jewellery presentation within the store.
• Assist with jewellery selection and styling for brand shoots, lookbooks and social-media content when required.




• Stay aware of jewellery, fashion, styling and luxury trends.
• Maintain accurate customer information and coordinate effectively with internal teams. What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, styling, hospitality or premium customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine diamond jewellery is an advantage, but not mandatory. The right candidate should be a quick learner.
• Comfortable with numbers and calculations, as fine jewellery requires accuracy with pricing, weights and diamond specifications.
• Sophisticated, polished and confident communication.
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• A good eye for style, fashion, presentation and visual merchandising.
• Fluent spoken English is essential. Tamil is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, commercially aware and comfortable in a luxury retail environment. The Person We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys people, jewellery, fashion and styling, can build genuine customer relationships and knows how to sell without making the experience feel transactional. Fine jewellery knowledge can be taught. Communication, curiosity, numerical comfort, personal presentation and the ability to connect with customers are essential.
