Above 6 LPA Type: Full time About OneStepGreener OneStepGreener works in waste management, recycling and education. We run many Material Recovery Facility's (MRF) all over India, where we sort, process and sell recyclable materials to recyclers and manufacturers. We also run our own recycling unit for plastics and other waste. We also work with bulk waste generators (BWGs) such as large offices, campuses and institutions to manage their waste. The role You will grow our business from the MRF in Gurgaon. You will bring in new recyclers and keep those relationships strong, and you will bring in new customers, mainly BWGs. What you will do •⁠ ⁠Find, onboard and manage recyclers who buy our materials. Keep these relationships active and repeat business steady. •⁠ ⁠Negotiate rates, payment terms and volumes with recyclers. •⁠ ⁠Find and onboard new customers, especially BWGs, and turn leads into signed clients. •⁠ ⁠Run site visits at the MRF for prospects and partners. •⁠ ⁠Work with the operations and finance teams so orders,



dispatch and payments move without delay. •⁠ ⁠Track leads, deals and targets, and report progress to the founder every week. •⁠ ⁠Use AI tools in daily work for research, outreach, proposals and reports. What we are looking for •⁠ ⁠2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales or procurement. Waste, recycling, scrap, plastics, paper or metals is a solid plus. •⁠ ⁠Experience dealing with vendors, traders or B2B clients, and closing deals. •⁠ ⁠Good at negotiation, follow-up and clear communication in Hindi and English. •⁠ ⁠Knows how to use AI tools well (for example ChatGPT or similar) and uses them at work. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and basic reporting. •⁠ ⁠Willing to work in person at the Gurgaon MRF.
