We are looking for a target-driven Outreach & Enrollment Manager to build relationships with universities and colleges, organize workshops and career sessions, generate student leads, and convert interested prospects into enrollments for CareerSecure’s programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams.
• Organize workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
• Generate and qualify interested student leads.
• Counsel, follow up, and convert leads into program enrollments.
• Maintain college relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage calling, meetings, follow-ups, and the complete sales cycle. Eligibility Criteria Graduation is mandatory. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Robust English and Hindi communication. Working Schedule 6 Days Working
