- Service Now Enterprise Architect Skills – Service Now Techno Functional Manager, CMDB, CSDM Job Locations – Bengaluru Experience – 12 Years+ Work Mode: WFO We at Coforge are looking for Service Now Enterprise Architects with following skill set. This is a Techno-Functional Manager role requiring a balanced blend of architecture, consulting, delivery governance, stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Consulting Enterprise Architecture & Solution Leadership
• Develop end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for large transformation programs
• Lead architecture and solution design across multiple ServiceNow products, including Core Platform (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal, Employee Centre, CMDB & CSDM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Platform Analytics) and Advanced Solutions (IRM/GRC, FSM, Workplace Service Delivery, Now Assist, AI & Automation Solutions).
• Create scalable, secure,



and future-ready platform architectures
• Establish platform governance, standards, and architectural guardrails
• Lead architecture review boards and solution governance forums
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards
• Engage with Business, IT, Operations, HR, Security, Risk, and Customer Service stakeholders
• Conduct workshops, assessments, discovery sessions, and roadmap exercises
• Translate business capabilities into ServiceNow-enabled solutions
• Drive operating model transformation and process standardization initiatives
• Advise clients on platform adoption, maturity improvement, and digital transformation
