About Us
DIPS BIOSCIENCE PVT. LTD. is a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing and export company specializing in veterinary healthcare formulations for domestic and international markets. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Head to lead our Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing facility in Karad, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance activities across the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GMP requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), SOPs, and other quality documentation.
• Manage deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Ensure data integrity, proper documentation practices, and effective in-process quality controls.
• Lead internal audits, regulatory inspections, customer audits, and compliance assessments.
• Oversee validation, qualification, vendor qualification, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs,



and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team while promoting a robust quality culture. Candidate Requirements

Pharm, M.
Pharm, or an equivalent relevant qualification in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing will be strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA leadership or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, regulatory compliance, audits, deviations, CAPA, and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Experience handling regulatory inspections and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience in injectable manufacturing and sterile GMP operations will be an added advantage, particularly for candidates with relevant facility-specific experience.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
