Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and
troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other office devices.

- Provide technical support to
employees for hardware and software issues.

- Identify and fix computer,
system, and network-related problems.

- Set up and maintain desktops,
laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot basic networking
issues, including LAN and internet connectivity.

- Install, configure, and maintain
Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

- Maintain IT equipment and ensure
all systems are working properly.

- Provide timely support to avoid
delays in daily office and manufacturing operations.

- Maintain records of IT assets,
repairs,



and maintenance.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in
desktop support or a similar IT support role.

- Valuable knowledge of computer
hardware, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.

- Understanding of networking, LAN,
internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of Windows,
macOS, and Linux operating systems.

- Ability to identify and resolve
hardware and software issues.

- Good communication and
problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide IT support to
employees across different departments.

- Experience in a manufacturing
company is an advantage.
