Mohali Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing, with mandatory experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Key Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, especially Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Provar, or similar automation tools.
• Solid API Testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, System & End-to-End Testing.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations and complex business workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Salesforce certification is an added advantage.
