Location:
Gandhinagar, Gujarat IED Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for electrical infrastructure, power transmission, power distribution, and EPC projects. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate relevant government and private-sector tender opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial tender documents.
• Handle online tender submissions through GeM and e-procurement portals.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, engineering, and management teams.
• Manage EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other tender-related documentation.
• Track tender status, bid results, and project award notifications.




• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bids. ? Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• .
Experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement is preferred
• .
Knowledge of government tenders, GeM, BOQ preparation, and e-procurement portals
• .
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation management
• .
