Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions journey and helping them select the right Skillofy_AI programs. In this position, the counselor conducts initial consultations, explains program offerings and learning paths, and assesses candidates’ goals, experience, and readiness. The role includes responding to inquiries across channels, hosting discovery calls, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions and CRM systems.



The counselor collaborates with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, provide feedback on learner needs, and support enrollment campaigns and webinars. This role also involves meeting enrollment and conversion targets, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience, and upholding Skillofy_AI’s commitment to inclusive, future-ready education. Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment in edtech, higher education, or professional training environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple prospects concurrently, and use CRM and communication tools efficiently.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to track metrics, interpret data, and refine outreach strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, business, communications, or psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
