Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective institutional partners. The role includes conducting market research, engaging with colleges and universities, presenting platform offerings, and supporting negotiations to close partnerships. The Executive will manage ongoing relationships with partner institutions,



coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and track performance metrics to support growth objectives. Daily activities will involve client meetings, follow-ups via calls and emails, maintaining CRM records, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage partner relationships and drive sustainable growth.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with institutional stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience in sales or business development in education, edtech, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making is an advantage.
