Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Zenblizz™. The Social Media Manager will plan and execute social media strategies with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Pinterest, including content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign management. Daily responsibilities include creating and editing content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies based on analytics. The role also involves collaborating with internal and client teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and brand goals, managing community interactions,



and staying current with platform trends and best practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop compelling, platform-appropriate content and cohesive narratives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members, and to manage audience engagement professionally.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Pinterest strategy and execution, including analytics and reporting, is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, audience targeting, and basic performance measurement tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Prior experience in social media, content marketing, or digital media, and a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
