Role: Branch Sales Manager We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to lead branch operations and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth, revenue, and market share for the Security & Surveillance business.
* Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer, and channel partner networks.




* Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the branch sales team.
* Implement sales schemes, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure strong channel engagement, product availability, and timely sales reporting. Candidate Profile
* Proven experience ( minimum 3 to 5 years) in branch or regional sales management, preferably in CCTV, security, IT, or consumer electronics.
* Strong expertise in channel development, distributor management, and market expansion.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
* A consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
