Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, support go-to-market activities, and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and business performance. Collaboration with product, marketing,



and leadership teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience is an essential part of this role. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or software industries.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic data analysis to monitor performance.
• Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
