Experience:
5–8 Years ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Only We are looking for experienced Java L2/L3 Production Support Engineers to support business-critical applications and troubleshoot production issues in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve application issues.
• Debug Core Java 8 code and analyze application logs.
• Troubleshoot issues using SQL queries and database analysis.
• Work with Unix/Linux commands for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Support production deployments and releases.
• Monitor applications using AWS services and tools.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Maintain support documentation and identify automation opportunities. Mandatory Skills
• 5–8 years of overall experience,
with strong application production support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java 8 and code-level debugging.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell commands.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
• Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, EKS, ECR, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy. Good to Have
• Microservices architecture
• CI/CD concepts
• Cloud-based production support
• ITIL and monitoring/observability practices Educational Qualification — Mandatory
• BE/BTech or equivalent 4-year degree, OR
• Graduation and post-graduation combined totaling at least 4 years of education. Significant: Candidates must meet the educational qualification criteria and have a maximum notice period of 20 days.
