We are looking for MEP Modelers with hands-on Scan to BIM (MEP) experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in converting laser scan / point cloud data into accurate Revit MEP models, along with experience in Revit family creation and MEP system modeling. ?️

Key Responsibilities
• Convert laser scan / point cloud data into MEP BIM models (Scan to BIM)
• Create and modify Revit MEP models
• Create and modify Revit Families
• Model HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical systems
• Coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate BIM models
• Ensure models meet project standards, specifications & quality requirements ? Required Skills ✅ 0–1 years of BIM modeling experience ✅ Strong experience in Scan to BIM – MEP ✅ Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit ✅ Revit Family Creation & Modification ✅ Knowledge of MEP System Types ✅ Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Protection modeling ⭐ Added Advantage ➕ Navisworks ➕ AutoCAD ➕ Dynamo ➕ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 ? Contract-to-Payroll Prospect The initial engagement will be for 6 months.
