About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to evaluate business performance, analyze operational metrics, and generate insights that support better decision-making and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business data and performance trends.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Use Advanced Excel and SQL to extract and analyze data.
• Monitor targets, productivity, and performance gaps.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information.
• Present findings and actionable management insights. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.
• Understanding of KPI tracking, reporting, and data visualization.
