- Social Media Role Overview As a Social Media Intern, you will support our digital marketing efforts by assisting in content creation, managing social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and analyzing campaign performance. This internship offers hands-on experience in building impactful digital campaigns while contributing to a purpose-driven, tech-powered ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement initiatives.
• Assist in tracking social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
• Help prepare basic performance reports and share insights for campaign improvement.
• Coordinate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and emerging platform features to suggest fresh ideas.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns, awareness initiatives, and promotional activities.



Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, digital communication, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools is an added advantage.
