Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The specialist will engage with prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs, present suitable online degree options, and guide them through the admissions journey. Daily activities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting detailed counseling discussions, explaining program features and benefits, and addressing queries to support confident decision-making. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up with leads to improve conversion rates, collaborating with mentors and counseling teams, and contributing to customer satisfaction through prompt, professional service. Qualifications
• Demonstrated Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including handling high volumes of inquiries and converting leads into enrollments.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills,



with a focus on building trust and supporting student success throughout the decision process.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex program details in a transparent, simple manner.
• Prior experience in edtech, counseling, or education services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality and empathy in student interactions.
• Comfort with CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic data tracking for sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional training in sales, counseling, or education management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-ups and relationship-building.
