• Plan, create, and schedule organic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook aligned with brand voice and performance KPIs.
• Optimize posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and format mix (Reels,



carousels, stories) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and competitor tactics to adapt content strategy in real time.
• Build and nurture active communities by engaging with followers, managing DMs, and moderating comments.
• Track, report, and analyze organic performance (reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, CTR) using native and 3rd-party tools.
