We help property owners, tenants, and NRIs manage their properties through a combination of technology, operational expertise, and personalised support. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and help streamline day-to-day operations, improve customer experience, and support our growing property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* Property Operations: Assist with daily property management activities, tenant coordination, owner communication, and property documentation.
* Client Coordination: Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Process Management: Track operational tasks, follow up on pending requests, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and manage property-related information.
* Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating inspections, repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor visits.
* Reporting: Prepare operational reports, trackers, and summaries using Google Sheets or Excel.
* Technology & Automation: Help improve workflows by using digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered solutions.
* Team Support: Collaborate with leasing, finance,



and property management teams on ongoing projects. Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
* Robust communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email, and digital tools.
* Good attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn about real estate operations and property management.
