Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-6 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using online bidding portals, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are essential. ?

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Generate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Linkedin and similar platforms. ✔️ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. ✔️ Cold Calling. ✔️ Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs. ✔️ Interact with potential clients to understand project requirements and present suitable IT solutions. ✔️ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ✔️ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.



✔️ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers. ✔️ Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records. ✔️ Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. ? Required

Skills:
✔️ 4-5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.). ✔️ Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills. ✔️ Robust negotiation and closing abilities. ✔️ Understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital solutions. ✔️ Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. ✔️ Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets. ? Preferred Qualifications ✔️ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ✔️ Experience working with international clients. ✔️ Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services. ✔️ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ✔️ Monthly sales and revenue targets. ✔️ Number of qualified leads generated. ✔️ Proposal submission and conversion rate. ✔️ Client acquisition and retention. ✔️ Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
