We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales & Operations Manager who can independently manage the overall office, sales team, clients, dispatch, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
• Handle client communication, requirements, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
• Monitor the complete sales-to-order process and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate and manage dispatch, delivery, and order status.
• Resolve day-to-day issues related to clients, sales, dispatch, staff, and operations.
• Coordinate between sales, office staff, dispatch, and other departments.
• Track pending orders, payments, follow-ups, and important client requirements.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper workflow within the office.




• Take ownership of overall office operations and make sure work is completed on time.
• Identify operational problems and take quick, practical decisions to resolve them.
• Prepare and monitor daily sales and operational reports. Candidate Requirements
• Experience in sales and operations management.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently.
• Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
