Hyderabad Job Summary: Seeking an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end EDI application and production support, especially in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) and Lightwell.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end production support for EDI interfaces and integrations.
• Monitor EDI transactions, ensuring timely processing and issue resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Provide application support for IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) and Lightwell environments.
• Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping/configuration changes.
• Investigate failures in inbound and outbound EDI transactions.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, transmission, mapping, and processing issues.
• Collaborate with business users, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Handle service requests, change requests, and deployment support.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.




• Participate in incident management and on-call support activities as needed.

Skills:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in EDI application/production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) and Lightwell.
• Deep understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Experience with EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, and others.
• Proficient in EDI mapping, translation, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Basic SQL and Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred / Advantage:
• Experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).
• Background in 24/7 production support environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Containers.
• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms.
• Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, or B2B integration environments.
