Qualifications
• Strong foundational skills in 3D layout, camera work, and basic character/environment animation for previs and shot design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D software tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, or equivalent) and familiarity with previs pipelines and workflows.
• Understanding of film language, including composition, staging, cinematography, and storytelling through visual sequences.
• Ability to interpret scripts, storyboards, and director notes, and translate them into transparent, functional 3D VFX previz sequences.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly under production timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in office in Pune City for the duration of the 2-month contract.
