Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and operations of Red Club 777. This full-time hybrid role is based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-person leadership responsibilities and flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day activities include refining the brand and cultural ethos, building and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing membership curation, and guiding the design of experiences and events. The Co-Founder will collaborate on business development, sales and marketing initiatives,



and community engagement to ensure alignment with the circle’s values of discretion and exclusivity. This role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, team coordination, and long-term growth planning. Qualifications

• Proven sales abilities to cultivate high-value memberships, partnerships, and collaborations.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding or scaling ventures, preferably in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or community-building domains.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior leadership experience.
