• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM implementation and development.
• Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and project and portfolio processes.
• Experience in Resource Management, Financial Management, and Time Card Management.




• Knowledge of SAP and Beeline integrations related to resource and financial management.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, process optimization, and business process automation.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for users and stakeholders.
• Experience conducting maturity assessments and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience collaborating with large, geographically distributed global teams. Ideal Candidate Profile
