· Reports to: Head Retail (Retail & Insurance) FinAGG is a Noida-based fintech group serving India's MSMEs through lending, GST data and credit intelligence. We are launching an SME insurance vertical to serve our existing client base. The roleOwn cross-selling of commercial insurance to FinAGG's MSME clients – from needs assessment and insurer quotes to closure and renewals – across GMC, Marine, Fire, Shopkeeper package and Surety bonds. Responsibilities
• Build a pipeline from FinAGG's existing client base with our sales and relationship teams
• Meet business owners, assess risk and recommend the right covers
• Source quotes from insurers, negotiate and close
• Drive on-time renewals and grow premium per client




• Manage insurer relationships and ensure IRDAI-compliant selling Requirements
• 3–5 years in SME / commercial insurance sales (broker, corporate agent, bancassurance or insurer)
• Hands-on with at least three of GMC, Marine, Fire, Shopkeeper and Surety
• Proven record on premium targets and renewals
