Job Description
Core

Responsibilities:
• Deploy, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on-prem & cloud)
• Monitor and ensure cluster health, performance, and availability
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement scaling, load balancing, and resource optimization
• Configure and manage: Namespaces, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), Network policies
• Troubleshoot cluster, application, and networking issues
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and backups
• Ensure security best practices (image scanning, secrets management, policies)
• Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD integrations
• Automate processes using scripts and tools Mandatory Skills &

Experience:
Kubernetes Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Kubernetes architecture & components
• Cluster setup and lifecycle management Experience managing:
• EKS (AWS Kubernetes) and/or OpenShift (OCP)



Knowledge of:
• Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, DaemonSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps,Secrets Kubernetes Security:
• Kubernetes security practices
• RBAC, Network Policies
• Pod Security Standards
• Experience securing clusters and workloads Containerization:
• Expertise in Docker
• Image creation, optimization, and registry management Helm & Packaging
• Experience with Helm charts
• Deployment and configuration management
• Versioning and rollbacks System Administration:
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and system monitoring Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like:
• Prometheus, Grafana
