Experience:

Sc. / M.
Sc. in Chemistry, B.
E. / B.
Tech in Chemical Engineering, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

upto 35 K p.m. CTC Joining: Immediately Job Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and effective production.
• Monitor chemical manufacturing processes, production targets, and product quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of raw materials and finished chemical products.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
• Supervise plant operators, technicians, and production staff.
• Monitor plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain production records, inventory, material consumption,



and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments.
• Identify process improvements to reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, chemical handling, and environmental compliance.
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage production targets and resolve operational issues. Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing plants, production planning, plant supervision, safety management, and process control will be preferred.
